ASME Brazed Aluminum Heat
Exchanger Max Universal
has been successfully working with
HangYang,
one of the major brazed aluminum heat
exchanger (BAHX) manufacturers, for
development and sales of brazed aluminum
heat exchangers in the North America.
HangYang began to develop brazed aluminum
heat exchanger (BAHX) in the early 70s. HangYang’s BAHX has been the leading
manufacturer of BAHX both in quality and
production in China.
HangYang have designed
and manufactured more than 100,000 sets of
different BAHX to meet the demands of
domestic and foreign clients so far, among
them the large heat exchanger with 3.3 meter
wide was awarded a High-Quality Prize by the
Ministry of Machine Industry in 1993 and a
Silver Prize by Chinese Government in 1985.
HangYang has been using the latest version
of MUSE and SW as BAHX process and thermal design tool.
In 1992 Hang Yang imported a large vacuum
brazing furnace and vacuum braze process of BAHX from SW in USA. The furnace is capable
for BAHX core size of 6m × 1.2m × 1.2m with
maximum design pressure of 8.0 MPa (1,150
psig). Hang Yang has designed and
manufactured high-pressure BAHX exported to
USA with 7.8MPa of design pressure
successfully. More than 40 sets of BAHX have
been designed and manufactured per ASME Code
for exporting to USA, Canada and other
countries.

are designed, manufactured and stamped per
ASME Code in our shops located in China with
quality guaranteed by ISO 9001 Certificate.
